Bespoke Hotel Puchong

Breakfast was a total letdown. The choices were boring and lacked flavor, making me wish I'd grabbed something outside. Plus, the dining area was always packed, making it tough to find a spot to sit down. Not ideal at all.

the rooms are huge and also bright. private bathroom is amazing.

Efficient staff throughout. Double room on the sofa or bedroom. Lots of facilities such as: an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe. The pool area is nice too. Everything fine. Comfortable location short walk to SetiaWalk, which had many shops around, and convenience store. Also, near to Puchong's MRT station

Great Stay at the Bespoke Hotel Puchong

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which included two super single beds that were quite comfortable. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including basic bathroom essentials like bidet, towels, shampoo, and bath gel. The breakfast offered was limited in selection but very tasty, providing just the right amount of fuel to start the day. I particularly enjoyed the dining area on the 5th floor, where I could take in a nice view of the town. Check-in was a breeze, even though we arrived late, and I appreciated the complimentary covered parking, which was conveniently located near the hotel entrance. The location in the business district of Puchong proved to be ideal for my meetings and interactions in the area.

Pillow could have been better.

Everything was perfectly fine with good value for money rooms. Nice views of city, really helpful staff. Fast check-in, parking nearby. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

This hotel is clean and brand new, features friendly and helpful staff, and is conveniently located near a mall in a lovely neighborhood.

The superior single room here is quite practical, featuring a private safe, an iron, and an electronic key card for convenience. It's also in a great spot, right next to shops and lots of places to eat, especially in the evening. 🍽️.

The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful! Its location is great, right by a shopping mall, making it easy to access both shopping and a supermarket. Plus, Southover Grange Gardens is only about a 10-15 minute walk away.

The parking was nearby, the room was good value for money. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe. the setting was magnificent, close to clubs. Food was fine and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip.
